The tubular reactor uses internal mixers to blend the reagents for the reaction. To allow for greater flexibility, the reactor has been designed with exchangeable plungers in the flange head, enabling different feed points and flow paths to be configured.
The plug flow reactor can measure the temperature of the process fluid within the reactor. Additionally, the temperature and pressure of the reactor outlet line are monitored while the conductivity sensor in the outlet line provides valuable process information.
This module is similar to the tubular plug flow reactor modules, however in the plate reactor version they are mixed by directional changes in the flow path. The plug flow reactor can measure the temperature of the process fluid within the reactor. Additionally, the temperature and pressure of the reactor outlet line are monitored while the conductivity sensor in the outlet line provides valuable process information.
This module is designed to facilitate a reaction in a stirred and jacketed tank. Prior to starting the operation, the CSTR can be purged with nitrogen, either through overpressure or vacuum (option-VAC). During the operation, a nitrogen blanket is applied to ensure a safe and efficient process. The CSTR Module comes with three distinct inlet lines and a solvent line.
