Zeton has developed a unique project approach for the ContiUnity® product line. Following this approach ensures a successful implementation of continuous flow chemistry in a modular fashion into your organisation.

LET’S GET STARTED

Step by step

PROCESS TRANSLATION

Together with you, Zeton will translate your vision into the ContiUnity® architecture, tailored precisely to you needs. Your process requirements will be translated into the building blocks of ContiUnity®. Not only will we focus on the required modules, but we will also look at the building and system control integration.​

MODULE SELECTION

As soon as we fully understand your process, we will select the right modules that are needed to run your process. Most modules can be selected from our vast selection of standard modules. If your process requires a module that is not yet available, we will custom design that module for you.

ASSEMBLY & TESTING

At Zeton, we efficiently and skillfully assemble the complete system and subject it to rigorous IQ and OQ testing to ensure top quality. After assembly, we will invite you to our facility for the FAT to prove that what you ordered is what you will receive.​

PACKAGING & TRANSPORT

​After successfully passing all tests, we will pack and ship the system. Limited disassembly is required due to ContiUnity®'s modularity. Reassembly at site can take place under the careful supervision of Zeton experts if desired.​

ON SITE TESTING

With pre-validated modules and the system fully tested at Zeton, only limited Site Acceptance Testing is required before system handover. Zeton also offers to assist in the commission phase, ensuring that everything works according to specification.
